Odd 4th to 2 down shift 05gtp

Ok so i just tuned kurupt's 05 GTP but he is having an issue when he lets off the gas. It will down shift from 4th down to 2nd quickly skipping over 3rd. has anyone seen this issue before? In the tune the only trans settings that were changed were the 2-3 and 3-4 WOT rpm and mph. no other trans setting was adjusted.
 


What's also happening is basically when I let off the gas the car downshifts to the previous gear and the second I give it some gas shifts quickly to the next gear and accelerates its a pain in the ass on the highway it downshifts in all gears hope this helps
 
damn all them views and no answers well I swapped in my old pcm and everything works fine guess something is wrong with my tune
 
Issue solved. I used a new bin file and removed the radio fuse while performing the write. ( full write as the 05 gtp won't accept partial's). Shifts correctly now.
