i have a 96 grand prix, first year of the obdII i want to change shift point and remove governor.. what HP tuner is available for the OBDII?
 


Go to HP tuners website and see if your vehicle is supported, but I doubt it is.

Being a older GP with a 3.1 you are pretty much stuck with what you got. And removing the speed limiter will only help kill the transmission faster.
