Number 3 misfire



Ok i have a update i replaced CPS and changed oil and put a quart of mystery oil in it, started right up, running like crap still put scanner on it and found same misfire again so i drove it around the block and after it was all warmed up and i really let her have alot of RPMs reving the hell out of it, just for a little bit got home let it sit there and it ran smooth and no light came on, any ideas?? It does this everytime right at oil change it starts to act up and then i do what i just explained and it runs good
 
i would wait till next oil change to see if it happens again,

Important: The Crankshaft Position (CKP) system variation learn procedure is also required when the following service procedures have been performed, regardless of whether DTC P0315 is set:


  • An engine replacement
  • A control module replacement
  • A crankshaft balancer replacement
  • A crankshaft replacement
  • A CKP sensor replacement
  • Any engine repairs which disturb the crankshaft to CKP sensor relationship.
