OK swig. I'm going to first flash the stock tune, and then if that doesn't work I'm going to swap out the PCM. And it that doesn't work I'll pm you for your paypal. Haha
 
As I side note that I didn't really think about the time but I think shortly after the flash I realized my pass key fuse had blown. What would cause that and could the pass key system be faulty explaining why it won't start? I mean I changed the fuse but something made it trip, and since whatever it was blew the fuse, could it have taken out the pass key all together?
 
Still won't start after replacing the fuse? Did it trip it again. There's other stuff connected to the fuses then what the label says. I don't know what else the pass key is connect to.
 


Update: Old tune was flashed back with no success. All vac lines have been replaced so I'm kinda throwing the vacation leak out the window. I haven't swapped out the PCM mainly because it's still flashing tunes. Am i wrong for thinking that it is still operational since it's still reading and writing? I'm still slightly convinced that it's the security just throwing me into a loop. I will post a video and pics of the motor today after work and maybe somebody could get an idea of what's happening or not happening.
 
Vacuum leaks don't only come from the vacuum lines. Any unmetered air getting into the motor is a vacuum leak.

Are you using DHP or HPTuners?
 


Update for anybody that cares. The problem has been half solved! It's been really cold and crappy out so I haven't been able to do much to to the car but it has been confirmed that the injectors are not getting power which leads me back to it being the security system. (Which means I was wrong when I stated I'm getting fuel,sorry for the incorrect information.) But it's nice to know what the actual issue is, now I just need to figure out why.
 
If I'm not mistaken we disabled it completely with DHP. My best guess is that the security system failed completely and even after I turned it off its still somehow sending a signal to the PCM somehow. That's basically the point im at now is trying to figure out how to make it stop. Best options I can think of is replace all security components or try to bypass it.
 
I don't think you turn it off, there's 2 kinds of security on the Pcm if I'm remembering right.

With my impala there's times when the security system (stock) doesn't recognize the key and when I try to start I get nothing, no power to the starter or anything. I have to leave the key in the run position for 10 mins until the security light stops flashing the. It starts right up. The work around for it is to put a resister in the ignition wires, to make it think the key is in there.

What I would do is go back to the original file (the .bin you pulled when you first plugged the tuner in and did a read, then saved that file as the original and put in a safe place, hopefully you did that?), making only any changes necessary for the car to run (injectors, MAF, whatever you changed) and load that up. If it ran fine for a week, then was dead as soon as you loaded up a tune, obviously there's something in that file the car doesn't like (guessing security settings off the top of my head). Did you get the number off the PCM itself to make sure the osid of the file you wrote was compatible with it?

Had a similar issue with my old Regal after bricking a PCM, replaced it, wrote the file, car would run a few seconds and die. Made a post about it in the tuning section on here, along with what fixed it. Give that a shot, all it'll cost you is a few minutes of your time. Post #17:
