I read many of the writeups about the topic, but one thing I'm confused on is what wire adapter harnesses do I need to buy to make this work?

I have right now the LQ4 MAF.

These are what I need to purchase?
Gen V adapter plate
MAF harness OR MAF with the IAT?
TPS Harness?
Custom cruise bracket?
00+ N*

Gen V adapter plate, yes
Either of the maf harnesses will work. The LQ4 has a built in IAT sensor, so you don't have to run your factory one if you choose the adapter with the IAT. Up to you, you need one of them though.

Custom cruise bracket.. I modify the stock brackets and it works well, if you don't want to work..buy the bracket.
00+ N* keep in mind there are a lot of these at JY's very cheap. Before you pay a mint.. check it out.

Are there any benefits running stock IAT vs LQ4 IAT & vic-versa?
