• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

i like your car man, very clean.

BUT your missing 2 BIG things.

1. You have no headers on a 3.4 pulley, which is bad. Stock manifolds are very restrictive and your prolly knocking alot at WOT, knocking meaning producing KR*

2. You dont have a way of monitoring that knock. I mean you dont have a aeroforce scan gauge to check what the KR is.

Unless you have some other sort of FLOW MODS, i would not be surpised if you end up with a chipped piston or even worse a blown motor because your stock manifolds cant get that extra air out that the 3.4 pulley s bringing it.

I would advise you read that guys thread to learn about this more.

Thanks for the compliament

Funny there's no KR(plenty of local GP owners with scanners). Aeroforce gauges are limited. One would be better off with an autotap or similar and this pulley has been on since 98 and trust me there have been plenty of WOT runs between the previous owner and myself. Don't believe all the hype that you need headers to run a 3.4 or you will chip a piston let alone blow an engine up.:th_winking: Did I mention this car has 180K on it.

My previous GTP was intercooled rocker'd blah blah blah. It's not my first rodeo. :)

Besides headers would be pointless when one is going turbo.

Yes i have heard that you dont NEED headers sometimes, cause all cars are different and dont act the same.

I was just looking out for you thats all.

and 180k thats only 1/3 its life so far, lol

All good. I'm just use to giving advice and not recieving it since I've been around for a few years and do all the work on my own cars(minus tranny's and rear ends-of course that doesn't apply to wrong wheel drive) And I think your spot on on the 1/3 of it's life.:th_laugh-lol3:
