Hi all,

I recently picked up an 02 Grand Prix GT to use as a work vehicle. The previous owner had installed HID headlights however, the headlights (and fogs) still flash on when the car is locked or unlocked.

This is really bad for the HID bulbs, and I actually had one of the bulbs blow out shortly after I bought the car.

Have any of you ever done a mod that bypasses the headlight flash when locked/unlocked? I was able to do this on my Trailblazer SS when I installed the HIDs but needed a special set of wires that basically bypassed a fuse.

Is this possible in a GP?? I would really really appreciate anyone's input as I have ordered replacement HID bulbs and I don't want them to keep blowing out because of this flash on/off business.
