Noise of death..... need some help here

Well I know the hub bearing needs to be replaced but I just need to know if this is all that's wrong. I had the usual whirring sounds and a squeak/squal from time to time but now I'm getting this noise intermittently:

The wub wub wub wub wub wub wub noise? Sounds to me like a bad cooling fan in a stereo or amp or something.
