Noise from pulley

I dont know if its a pulley or tensioner but its not all the time. Embarrasing as all hell though. Seems to go away when it gets warmed up. hopefully somebody knows what im talking about. Any help would be appreciated.
 


It's one or the other. Just have to try to pin point it the best you can.
 
I figured it would of been something common with these cars or something to do with the supercharger. Its just hard to pinpoint with all those pulleys, lol!
