NO OIL PRESSURE HELP !!! plz help

Ok i have a 98 gtp and its a new block with my stock pistons new bearings xpz cam heads and alotta machined work on the block line boring and all that.. well just got a call and he said car started up and ran 10 secs and it never primed so he hooked up a oil pressure gauge and none whatsoever .. so what now any ideas as to the reason why its not priming ? ?
 


10 sec no load, It MIGHT be okay. These engines die quick with no oil pressure.
Was the filter adapter together wrong? Spring in first, then cup of plunger over spring, gasket and filter adapter. Ive seen people say to fill the pump with vasoline aswell. Ive never tried that though
 
Well he said 10 secs and then went and installed a gauge and turned on again and no pressure says hes gonna look at spring relief or somethn.. can that b accesed without removing engine?
 


He said relief valve looked good and he paid the shop for new galley plugs and freeze plugs.. says hes gonna pull plugs and drop oil in there and try to get it too prime ??, i just dont get it
 
All is good whew.. almost 70 psi oil pressure at idle.. and nice and quiet at idle no knockn or grinding just a nice lope.. which he says his stock m5 lopes harder lol xpz supposed to b pretty lopey aint they ?
 
Thats what i told him. Lol i said if its not to lopey just means one hell of a sleeper.... headn to miami now to put on a new ps pump bc the brand new one from AZ is leaking
