Well i can see why you would have easily been walked by that cause that lucky f**K has the money for a new Skyline GT-R.
 
yep, new skyline GT-R. a older guy here in town has one.... he just dropped it off for mods. Its not a bad car............. not for that price though.....
 
NIce cars an yea not worth the price. Onme of my friends was tellin me they have some pretty crazy technology in them as far as the computer goes an some extensive rules on the warranties. Apparently it can tell when your racing an that voids your waranty an stuff. idk he was tellin me all about it. Seems like a whole bunch of crazyness and a big cut into the fun provided he wasn't bsing me. never really looked into it. dont have a real big interest in nissans. if i was goin for an import nissan would be far from my first choice but if they handed me the keys to a gt-r i would most def take them with a big smile. prob sell it when they werent lookin though an buy somethin better an actually worth the money. or dump all the money into the gtp!
 


they have launch control and if you take it off (to get the best launch-3.2 sec to 60) if you take that off and do more than 3 launchs it will void the warrenty. now what is the point of having the feature if you cant take it off. one guy did it to much and he blew his tranny. 20,000 dollors and nissian wont fix it because he did it more than 3 times. supposidly it is only supposed to be used for when you get stuck in mud or snow.

yes it is highly electronical, but thats just more things to go wrong, harder to find problems. i rather just have mechinal things and have control of my car, not the computer have control.

nissian used rigercars when they send them out for testing. (faster cars then what they actually are) i think it went around neuremburg (sp) in about 7:45 the z06 did it in about 7:40 the acr viper did it in 7:23

with the the vcd off (launch control) it can do a mid to high 11sec 1/4 mile with it on low to mid 12. it deff moves out but ehhhh. i think its way over priced for what it is. a z06 would beat it in every aspect.
 
I would expect anything that is TT'd to be fast lol i would be disappointed if ti wasnt! TT a GP and ad some suspension mods i bet it would smoke the hell outta the GTr
 


^^ Doubt that. The reason being is the GT-R is built for all out balls to the wall performance when pushed to the limit. 0-60 in VERY low 3 sec. ranges and AWD. Not to mention it is pushing 480AWHP on only stock boost. They also trap the 1/4 in the high 11's @ 120+ mph.

Plus TT'ing a GP would be pointless...unless you are ZZP how has all the resources to do so and break world records...

single turbo supras are faster than twin turbos. you can get a much larger turbo with just one. 2 is more efficent and with less lag. but for high hp its usally single.
 
some guy in town has the new ZR-1 stock and is running down everybody,heavily modded mustangs and gtps with ease, other vettes, ricer garbage, vipers, supras and eaten them alive
 
i would expect the zr-1 to be running down the stangs, gtps, and ricers. it it can't something is seriously wrong:th_laugh-lol2:
 
hell now that i think about none of those listed should stand a chance unless the viper was modded and supra gotta have a decent amount of modding done to it as well

Yeah but a Supra with a single turbo is like a Honda...all the turbo lag you could want without the turbo:cool:

Basically those things take so long to spool its pointless...
 
true. they suck at the drag strip, supras that is, could run about a 13 at 140mph. but once the get into boost and can stay in boost, more so in the higher gears there gone. killers on the high way. get a auto and its over.
 
true that. i dont even know why they made the car capable of cutting such good 0-60 times but you tear things up if you do. it just dont make since.
