No heat or A/C blower

The blower used to work on settings 3,4 or 5. Then it went down to just setting 5 working. Today none of the settings work. What would cause this?
 


if it doesnt even work on number 5 then it could be the blower motor. if it does work on 5 then it is the resistor mentioned above
