No Fuel Pressure

Sorry I dunno then. You have 12v to pin 30. So if you aren't getting power with key on right at the fuse block then I'd look at your switched power pin 85 or ground. I'd pop that back cover off the fuse block and look for green death. Also would take power readings there.
