No fan on driver's side

98 GTP with automatic dual zone

Heat or ac I only get airflow out the passenger side vents and driver's side footwell vents nothing ever comes out of the dash vents on the driver's side short of a little whisp of air every now and again.

Fixed, hard plastic vacuum line was cracked close to the fire wall where you couldn't see it
