No cruise or tapshift

My car has no cruise I had it then it randomly stopped working.. I’ve checked the 2A spring coil 2 fuse and it’s good but has no power going to it. I know this is what Powers all the switches on the steering wheel controls. Any help is appreciated thanks
 


I don't know what year car you have but I can tell you my cruise control didn't work for years. I have an '05. The shop told me it was the switch and it wasn't a big deal and I never got it fixed. Fast forward to recently I had to get the ABS module sent out to fix some ABS issues. Boom! Cruise control works again. Could be a coincidence, idk.
