No brakes

When bleeding the brakes, i step on the pedal then let off and it makes a grunt noise. They felt slightlly spongy with the car off. After starting the car i lose all pressure. so i picked up another EBTCM and a new master cylinder. Still the same thing. does this sound like i need a new brake booster?

Please give us some background as to what led up to the lack of brakes.

Did you replace calipers, if so..bleeder must always be higher than the hose leading to the caliper.
Did a line break?
Do you have a second person helping you bleed, a power bleeder or one man bleeder screws? If not ...your procedure would leave you with air in the system.

bleed bleed bleed my friend sounds like mass air in the lines also did you bleed the new master cylinder ?

Like billboost said about the bleeder screws they need to be higher then the lines too
