No 4th gear/ overdrive/ lockup



Dave at Triple Edge has seen a lot more than me and clearly I'm going off info from guys like him. Here's a link to his site. Only mentions the hub. If he saw the female end as an issue, he'd have mentioned it. I think you have one of the few issues ones. Also I suppose the piston or seal on your 4th stator support may be bad.

Thanks Billboost for your help on this. If you dont have 4th gear/ overdrive look into the 4th gear hub and input sun gear that it goes into. If the gear hub does not go in atleast 1/2"... replace the input sun gear.
