• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Nitrous kit or suspension??

Do suspension for now. Don't lower it if your roads are ****. You'll regret doing it down the road. I feel like my teeth are going to fall out of my head sometimes. And I've dented my headers. I also scrape on all sorts of driveways/ parking approaches and intersections. I'm on Springtech springs and KYB struts.

Well speaking of suspension I now have a weird popping noise that's farely loud when I turn the wheel almost to full lock when I am either stopped or going slow. Does that sound like a steering rack? Maybe the lca? Or maybe axel??

Are springtech springs eBay springs?

Struts are pretty darn easy really. The time is all. You could easily do all four in one day swapping usable boots if you have to.
Gm factory boots are rubber not the cheap sht plastic.
Get the AC Delco professional mounts.

Hempire is going to have 4 Bilsteins for sale. PM him and tell him to get on it.
I messaged him asking if he ever installed them. Apparently he took them off after 5000 and bought a new car. He said he was going to sell them when he got on it.

Impact is nice for quickness

Will bilsteins work on a 99?
I was just going to get the kyb mounts. Are the ac Delco ones really good or something?

I was just going to do gr2s I've read a lot of posts that agx is over rated for the price and wear out just as fast with lowering as gr2s

Well there a pretty good amount more then the gr2s. Do you just dd your car or do you autocross it or anything

I have the SSC springs for an intrigue for the rear to keep higher but I switched back to the el cheapo DNA for the rear. They seem ride stiffer and handle a pretty large amount of weight in my trunk and still keep it up more then the front

I would love agxs but they are a lot more expensive then gr2s I'm not sure if they might be a little overkill for my dd

Overkill recommends AGX and SSCs. Every thread I've seen him post about struts, including his web site, says AGX.
I just bought some rear Bilsteins but second choice was AGX. My FE3 rears are garbage can after 15,000, fronts are still wonderful

I honestly don't know why Bilsteins wouldn't work....it's all the same shiz.
You would want the lowering springs.
I just thought he might make ya a killer deal on them.

The 04+ cars have a different suspension setup, bilstein's might work on the back but absolutely not on the front
