NGK TR6 or Autolite 104??

I'm top swapping my gt soon. I have NGK TR6 plugs already installed with less than 4k miles on them but for a lot of top swaps I see people talk about 104s? So which one is better? Which is colder? Etc

i had the same plugs you do in my topswap with only 2k miles on em. ended up having to swap to AL104s because it was causing some KR
