Hi all. Just bought my son a 1998 GTP Daytona with a bad motor. Don't know what's wrong yet. Hope to get it home by Saturday. My first car was a 1978 Grand Prix, my daughters first car was a 2002 Grand Prix SE and now my sons first will be a GTP.

Got it home last night and tore it apart today. Broken cam bolt and cam gear spun on the cam. Now need to figure out if there are any bent valves.
