Newbie and a burnt out DIC

Evening Grand Prix fans,

Just new to the forum and looking for help with my Grand Prix. The information cluster/DIC on my 1999 GTP is dim and I've been told by the dealership it's not worth fixing. Hmmm, well I don't believe that and so I'm looking for help on how to fix it. I assume it's bulbs, just need to know how to get at the burnt-out ones and replace them. Also need to know what type of bulb(s) is required.

I swapped a dic into my Grand Prix and the bulbs were burnt out. If you pull the plastic bezel off that goes around your gauge cluster/vents/radio the dic will pull out. If I remember correctly I had to take mine apart to get to the bulbs but its plug and play from there. Just go to a junkyard and rip apart a few dic'a to get your new bulbs and to get a hang of taking them apart.
