Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I am new here and I will be asking some questions about buying the Pontiac GT, I can't afford the GTP now. I hope I am welcomed here if I get the Pontiac GT.

I live in the midwest and love the look of all the Pontiac Cars. I hope that I can be of help to some of you as well in the future.

Also if any of you would like to hook up and hang out, I am in Liberty, MO 64068 zip code, will be buying a car very soon before Jan 2010 is over.

Contact me via email if you want to know more or would like to just chill and talk with me.

My age is 41, African American. I like this group and hope I can make my car worthy to be posted here as well.

GTP's shouldnt be too much more than a GT if you look around or are okay with an older higher mileage car.

Either way, good luck!

from what i've heard a top swap gt will be quicker/faster, lower ins. than a gtp. i wish i'd known that. better gears 3:29 vs. 2:93 and 1 more opoint compression on the motor. good luck

welcome. you might get to know bluegtp91 he's also from liberty. I'm just a short drive south of you too

Welcome. There's a lot of good people and some great info on here. When you say "Pontiac GT" and the pic in your avatar is a Grand Am, does that mean you are wanting to buy a Grand Am GT, or a Grand Prix GT? They're very different beasts.
