• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

New tool box setup

nice setup. wish i had money for a nice tool box or some decent tools. You don't even want to see what i'm working off of. Any time i do work i basically just take it to a friends house and steal his tools
Seems like this is a recurring theme... haha

Watch your hardware store for sales if you don't need the stuff right away.

I managed to pick up a ft-lbs and in-lbs torque wrench for the price of one.

Lifetime warranties make life easier as well. :th_thumbsup-wink:

I happened to need my big torque wrench for another, non car related project, so it couldn't wait. :( Or else I would have bought a $15 one from Harbor Freight.

I have some big holes in my tools still but should have what i need over time

one thing craftsman does that bugs me is over loads there sets with sockets but i donnt have many complaints

I would kill to have my tools organized like that... but one of my good friends dad owns a snap-on franchise so.... i never use my tools.

I just ordered a snap on ethios scan tool to add to my box. My classic 78 is packed full and I have a blue point cart with other diagnostic stuff in it.

DON'T. You will get a better deal with the solus pro which is far superior. Troubleshooter is a godsent. If you want I can check with snappy and see if you can buy my solus pro I traded off last year

Cant really beat $800 for a ethios.

Nothing wrong with Craftsman. I call it "poor mans Snap-On". :th_jester:

~F~

I have a craftsman set at home. Snap on just fits a little snugger and is stronger for when I beat the hell out of them at work.
