New to the Grand Prix community, question about AUX input.

I just put a down payment on a 2006 Grand Prix GT. The owner is the original owner and she is a GM engineer and this car is in immaculate condition, I absolutely love it. I had a 99 Grand Am but the miles were getting high so it's time for something newer. My only complaint with the car is there's no Aux input on the front of the radio, and I hate using CD's since I'm buying new songs all the time. The radio does have the "band" button on the bottom left, which from what I'm reading I can get an adapter that plugs into the back of the radio to give me an Aux input to plug in my iPhone. If anyone could let me know if this is accurate that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

do you have the monsoon system?
Theres a wright up on here some where about how to wire in an Aux connector using the wiring for the XM. or you can put in an aftermarket radio
