Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Hi all! new to the forum and my car is a 99 gt coupe that is black on black. The car has 148500 miles on it and other than a bad sensor as well as possibly needing rebuilt trans, the thing runs great. My brother got it in 01 or 02 with like 20k or 30k miles on it and I got it from him. It is stock power wise but I am wanting to do some small stuff to it since I can't do the top swap. I have a real sweet sound system in it and other than that the only stuff that has been done to it is window tint and painted caliper. Glad to be on the forum with such knowledgeable people! I would upload a photo but it is not letting me unfortunately.

Nothin much man! I'm diggin the gxp and for a 4 door wbody, texas tankers looks pretty good! I'm saving up right now to do some stuff to it like an exhaust, intake, maybe a tune. If I see it again I'll get a pic of it bc there is a ba gxp running around where I live.

Thanks man. Intakes are pretty easy to do. Where do u live cause there's a few tuner guys running around

Lafayette, Indiana... the first time I actually saw this car was at a carwash for my football team that we do. It is victory red lowered with some nice rims, a big brake kit, and exhaust for just visual stuff. Have yet to see under the hood. I researched through about 15 pages on here and I think I want the hooker maxflow mufflers instead of the zzp catback with mufflers so I may still go with the zzp catback but use the hookers.

So I am looking at doing the exhaust in steps so that I can at least get started on it sooner.
Step 1: Hooker max flow 2.5in mufflers
Step 2: Cat-back pipes(don't know to ditch or keep the res)
Step 3: 2.5in zzp downpipe with high flow cat
Step 4: plog and ported rear manifold

I'm also going to look at making an intake. Eventually if I do end up keeping this car for a long time I will do the top swap but that will be a long ways down the road.
