Need new tires and wheel alignment what would be best to replace before the alignment ?? car has 312k

- Control Arms
- Tie Rods
- Sway Bar
- Stabilizer Bar
 


Depends on when the last time the arms and tie rods were replaced. If it's been a while then I'd do those 2. If the bars are junk then do those too.
 
Well doing the control arms and tie rods will throw the alignment out, so you'd only have to replace those first to need the alignment done.

The sway links and bar itself can be done anytime, it does not mess with the alignment of the vehicle.
 
Just the alignment after you replace all of those as FFDP stated. You may need a special tool to replace the inner tie rods which you can likely rent from a parts store.
