New Owner: 2006 GXP Grand Prix w/ v8

I just bought a 2006 GXP Grand Prix w/ v8 w/32k miles. First nice car I've ever had. Completly stoked.

The only thing I am disspaointed with is the fact that it doesn't have an audio input spot or a tape deck anywhere so that I can listen to my ipod. I guess I'll have to get one of those shotty fm transmitters. I have the Monsoon audio package deal - any advice?

Also, I am wondering how many miles my front tires will last considering its got over 300 horses w/front wheel drive.

Congrats on the GXP. Glad you like it. My dad was one of the drivetrain designers for the GXP.

I dont know why they didnt include an iPod jack for the sound system, but most people would just tell you to change the head unit, although in my opinion the factory head unit looks the best.

Welcome to the club. :th_thumbsup-wink:

Ive seen ipod adapters on ebay for vehicles like ours with class 2 radios, Never actually tried one but am considering it.
