New noise..again..help?

Well I fixed the vacuum leak and it was fine. Now there's a new gurgling noise coming from the engine on idle. Any ideas?
 


No don't think so. It went away today.
It was odd actually, it was making the noise when I drove it this morning. After class I filled up to half a tank and dumped a whole can of seafoam in, started driving. Few mins later it threw a system too lean code and started really acting up again. Then a little while later it when off and now its running great and my mpg seems way better.
