New LED reverse lights problem

I just ordered a pair of LED reverse lights from amazon.com and today after I installed them I noticed that when the car is off or not in reverse, every LED is off except for the center one. Not sure if that makes sense but basically there are a bunch of LED's(probably around 12 or so) and every LED turns off except the center one. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Needs moreresitance. Measure the resistance from. The stock bulb then the led then add resistors to equal the stock
