• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Doesn't matter to me. I don't really look at them much. If I had my pick, I don't think this would be it. But it serves its purpose. I don't come here to be awed by the images and colors. I come here for information.

Haha...thanks. Yeah, just don't care about layout that much. Heck, I put up with the crappy Clubgp layout and images for how long. I think I can stand this for a couple years. :th_biggrin2:

I'm not one to sulk over the layout because I am mainly here for info, and never really focus on the top of the page.

But whenever I think of the Pontiac Grand Prix, I always think of the colors grey, silver, black, red, and white. I also picture that dark red Pontiac arrow (or whatever it is). I remember seeing a really good logo in the logo voting thread that fit the GP and Pontiac very well - but I guess it couldn't be used because of copyrights? shiesty. Just my .02...

Until then - GO GREEN! The gauges are a little different tho... maybe a top banner that features a different/at random GPF logo/picture/member ride/GP related/etc. each time the site is visited? That was the one thing I really thought was unique about the WIDSM forums (back when I had the eclipse)

Have any of ya'll been to GTP world..holy shi!...I didn't join cuz I got scared away from the red, red, red... The green now that I think about it is an odd choice, but I like it. I liked the idea of the two GP's burning out with the new gauges. Nothing wrong with change every now and then.

Hahahaahah..... 'GTP Werld'. That place is a joke. 'The rejects of the Grand Prix community.' All they do is sit back in their little hole and talk sh*t about everyone else despite the fact that none of them have any idea what they're doing.

I checked out their site a while ago, and tried to find some tech info, and found nothing at all, one guy said to check out 3 other sites, it was kind of funny
 


I kind of like it. It's not what the banner looks like, it's the info you get once you scroll down past it. I know we have mainly GP people on here and it is a grand prix forum, but we still need to take into consideration of the other 3800 owners that we have that give great information. Don't want anyone to turn away because all the banner has is pontiac logos and guages. What if it has grandprixforums in a pontiac color, with maybe some chevy 3800 guages, or something like that, that will appeal to everyone. Just my couple of pennys.
 
Bump. Just came back to this site today and thought "If this layout was a bit better then Ide probably post a LOT more on this site".

Thoughts? Any chance of changing the layout a bit? Any chance of increasing the number of viewed posts per thread?
