• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! I dont know why, but this layout with all the green and the nasty gauges at the top are a big turn off. I know I for one would visit this site more often if the layout was more Pontiac-like with different colors...

I think the GP related stuff should be on the top, then the off topic stuff should be on the bottom.
 


I think someone was working on a new layout pictures and what not for the forum layout. I think we should have a couple pics of grand prix's doing a burnout (like streetwolf's bottom right pic in his sig, and kel's pic of her burnout in the 04 comp-g she has.) and a pic of the 04+ speedo cluster at like 120-130 mph, instead of the gauges; now that would be awesome.

What? You want our "LOVELY" amber backlit gauges instead?

This is an upgrade, but I guess if you are staring at them for a long time, they could become annoying and I bet you will start to see them move if you put one hand over one eye :p
 
someone needs to just photoshop a new banner, not that hard.

then someone needs to change the colors to something less loud. blue, grey, something.

then someone needs to get smaller fonts on all the threads/subsections and change the new posts/old posts icons to something smaller.

smaller fonts on the threads subsections? looks good over here, what resolution are you running?
 
I dont even notice the banner. Heck once you scroll down a thread it dissapears anyway. I maybe look at it for 2 seconds. I dont care what color it is or what the guages read. Besides green, red, blue, grey, doesnt matter someone is going to hate the color anyway.
 


^ I wouldn't go that far, but the banner does look like a generic forum banner. I think something GP related would make the site look much more finished and professional. Maybe replace the gages with the 04+ gages or something to make it look more like a dedicated GP site.
 
I don't mind the banner. Color could be changed, but it doesn't bother me. Maybe something different or added where the Grand Prix Forums wording is. I really don't want to see someone's car just cut and pasted at the top of the forum. Something simple, universal, but Grand Prix/Pontiac related or at least automotive (which it is).

I like it. I like anything but Red or Pink though.
