New L67 help!!!!!!!!!!!

sup guys new to this forum, but i got a tun of concerns and questions i just recently put the gtp l67 into my 98 monte carlo z34 the shop that assisted me with the install did not use the gtp wiring harness or the pcm and it still has the same 4t65e non-hd tranny it runs ok but it has vibrations and does not run smooth also my tranny acts up a little in 2nd gear not a smooth shift goes up and down untill 3rd is reached i really need help and , I am wondering what is that i need to do next just to get it running nice and smooth before i try and add any mods. Please help!!
 


If they dropped in an L67 complete. You'd have map connection issues, your boost control is likely not setup properly to work off vacuum, your injectors are larger than L36 injectors and the maf may be different. All these factors are going to make your Monte PCM have trouble running properly.

You need a pcm programmed for the changes that have been made.
 
can i just slap one from a gtp or l67 based car in it or does it need to be further programmed after being put in, or would it be easier to just program the one i already have
