New Intercooler Design Phenolic Core

well i just mocked it up and unfortunately the core im using doesnt allow it to come out the tb side, the mounting holes fall right in the middle of one of the coolant lines.

Bummer. It's a shame, because that's about the way to run it really. Shawn has a core, can't remember if it's an INTENSE or ILCGP core, each end has an inlet, so say it goes in under the TB and comes out the snout end. You still have one hose coming out, but it's not as cumbersome as having both of them come out the belt side.

Actually I think he told me it was a re-welded MAP Engineering core with a different and larger core in it...

hmm, what i was gonna do its just bring them together and loom them to where they wouldn't be a problem. If i started using the zzp core, it would be a possibility. Unfortunately, right now i don't know which one they use. Their inlet and outlet are close together and would clear everything. If you buy it from them, its $170 and that would jack up the intercooler cost substantially.

no im still out 200 bucks. he sent me 25 dollars back in a good faith that he would pay 25 a week cuz he didnt have cash and never got anything more. good to see that they finally baned his dumb asss
