new here need some help with my car.

I've recently purchased new headlights for my 2000 grand prix gtp. I'm not car literate so I'll try and make this simple. The headlights are called Halo Projector lights and they have the proper plugs to hook up to my cars original wiring harnesses. But on the bottom of each unit, there are loose black and white wires and I don't know where they go and what they are for(I'm thinking they are for the halo rings). Would any one know what these wires are for and what I hook them up to?

theres 1 set for the leds an 1 set of black an white wires for the halos, i wired mine into park lights so the leds and halos r only on at night
 
have the same type of lights. what i did was wire them into my fog lights that way i can turn them on and off. This was also pretty easy i also like the fact that i can turn them on and off with a switch. Have any questions send me a message
