New headlight bulbs, now everything is backwards...

Replaced my bulbs with Sylvania Cool Blue bulbs, now on "lowbeam" the foglights are on but the main lights shine high and bright (like a highbeam). When I click to "highbeam" the symbol on the dash for highbeams comes on-the foglights turn off- but the headlights are dimmer and farther down (like a lowbeam). I know its confusing...

Any ideas whats screwed up? Everything worked fine before I put the new bulbs in.
 


lol. wierd, only way that should have happened is if you repin plug that plugs into the bulb. maybe the pins on the bulb are backwards. 9004 uses a similar plus setup just 2 wires are flipped.
