I'm having a hard time finding bolt ons for the gxp...Where could I find a cold air intake, exhaust, and a tuner or place for a mail order tune??? I just want to do basic upgrades...Any advice???
Universal Magnaflows with 3 1/2" dual tips. Fills in rear bumper cut outs well.. Sound is incredible. Deep...
K&N's intake has actually been proven pretty well for the GXP. It also depends on your budget and where you want to take the car. There are a few catback options, just search for them...Borla, Magnaflow, SLP...etc. Hogan makes a 3" Downpipe or Doug Thorley makes headers for the LS4 cars. People have also used various hand held tuners too, but best results will be yielded from HP Tuners...There are LSx rockers, LSx based cam swaps, LSx intake manifold and TB swaps along with the correct fuel rails, etc. Displacement on Demand will most likely need to be deleted to run an aftermarket cam. You can buy solid rubber replacement lower motor and transmission mounts and a poly upper mount for hold it all in place too.

Diablo/CMR tunes can't modify the transmission parameters to my knowledge, which is where a big change in how the vehicle drives is made with one of my computer tunes, plus remapping the transmission line pressures and torque management which can make a big difference in the life expectancy of the transmission (stock settings are truely awful).
For intake, the stock airbox actually isn't restrictive aside from the inlet. 20 minutes with a sawzall or other cutting device and a high flow drop-in panel filter would routinely save LS4ers $200 over an aftermarket CAI.
Do you have a link or model #?
