Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Al, and recently bought a 2000 G/P GT 4dr for my wife, we were in a bind after unexpectingly selling her Mark VIII, (guy wanted it more than me and had cash to back it up), we needed something rather quickly. I have been a GM guy for about 20 years and was looking for something decent, 3800 motor, and about $2000. After looking at quite a few cars from Impala's to Blazers to a few G/P's we decided on this one, it has new tires, brakes and decent interior. Body needs a little attention, but I have been a bodyman/painter for 20+ years won't be a problem. After driving this car for about a month, we both have really liked it. I am a S10 guy and belong to a number of S10 forums, I did a search and found this site and seems like a lot of knowledge here. Looking forward to getting to know these cars inside and out, and getting to know some of you.

yeah, it was missing the filler door, found that at pull a part, fender obviouslly needs replaced, and front cover needs paint. plan on fixing a few door dings and shoot both sides and both bumper covers in the spring.
