Hey guys I'm new here and new to the supercharged 3.8L platform. I just recently bought a 98 GTP w/ 96k miles. It's in great shape and it's fun to drive, but now I'm looking to modify it a bit to make it more fun. I'll be lurking around and taking notes, but if someone would like to pm me and give me some good pointers that would be fantastic! See you guys around!

there's generally a meet every tuesday (as far as i recall) at the sonics in mount joy on route 230 off 283. there use to be one at the brothers pizza in swatara but IIRC everyone was kicked out cause of the stupid idiots doing burnouts. theres a meet at the sonics in brownstown of route 222 but that may be a hike or you (~an hour away from you). if you need any help let me know.
 
Tuesday at what time...I would like to make it to the next one. Now is this just domestic cars or immature ricer boys?
 
combination of both. i havent gone to the tuesday much but i would think after 6pm pending weather.

Yeah, funny that I just happened to see your post. By the way, if you are looking for meets to go to, there is that one at the Brother's pizza off of the Yocumtown Exit on 83. They had a fiasco with the cops a little while ago, and so far the meet has been pretty dead. I think most of the pot-head ricers are staying away now since there is increased police activity, but a few nice rides showed up the other night. LT1 Buick Roadmaster wagon with a little cam and a T56 6-speed swap, 2010 or so Mustang GT, a big cam third gen Camaro, an Acura NSX, and a Chrysler 300 SRT8. That is every Sunday night at 8, and I think it will get a little bit better when it gets warmer out. The best show to go to is going to be a bit far for you, but every fourth Friday of the month, the Markets at Shrewsbury has a big car show. $1 car entry fee, and about 800 or so cars. Mostly classics, street rods, and of course a new Z06 and 2 Hellcat Challengers showed up. There was also a mildly modded GTP there last time. If you want a good car show, go to that one for sure.
 
hndah8r if you end up going tomorrow, PM me as i may end up going tomorrow for once and actually go there lol. its good to still see ppl whos into the wbody.
