Hey guys im Ben Adams..new owner of a 04 grand prix gt. Ive always been a car enthusiast. Now im a fan of the 3800 series motor. A friend of mine owns a 97 (slow mo..jk). I did some research on the grand prix and found how beastly this car can really be. Im pretty handy when it comes to tools and cars so ill be updating a few projects on here. First project will be a top swap w/ supercharger. Im gonna scout the junkyard to see what i can find. I found ( 3800 Supercharged Top Swap Kit Supercharger GS GTP SSEI:eBay Motors (item 350255450066 end time Oct-21-09 08:55:25 PDT) )
And would like to know if it is compatible with the series III, and what all i will need for it to be so. Oh i live in Memphis, TN and there isnt a big 3800 following down here and im hoping to change that. Havent seen any series III top swaps.. if any are out there contact me for i have many questions lol. Thanks guys Ill see ya on the track...or street...which ever is fine with me lol.
PS: my car is on youtube....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13-lvZWFOzE ...something wrong with sound...and the problem with the car has been fixed..some wires were hitting up against my belts
