Good afternoon.

Purchased my first GP last weekend. 2004 GTP Comp G. The Grand Prix has always been one of my facorite cars but never really had the chance to purchase one. Always had "use" vehicles. SUV, Mini Van etc. Now the opportunity arose and i found a nice 2004. Completely stock with 94K. Dealer is fixing the HUD now. Other than that everything else seems to be just fine. Fun car to drive.
 


Apparently my spring just popped off. Nothing was broken. They just reattached it and everything works fine now. They managed to break the trim piece around the unit and leave greasy handprints all over my dash. Now I have to complain about that. People need to have some pride in their work.
 
The entire plastic dash trim across my windshield is all cracked and around the HUD too. I priced one out and I can get it online for about $70. Now I'm just wondering how hard it is to install it. Getting it out is no problem, because it's in pieces. Looks like the sun did a number on it and made it brittle. The Florida sun is killer in the summer.
