New Garage Design

I'm starting to get ready to build a garage up at the compound. Here is what my current design is:

The front two rooms will be 8' ceilings with a second floor just for storage of crap. The back garage part will be 14'+ ceilings so I can have a lift or two. The garage doors on the left and right will also be the gable ends of the roof with the ridge running the length of the garage. Hopefully I can span it without any posts.

I plan to do a foundation, not just a pad as frost here can really move things around. And 2x6 walls are a must.

What's everyone's thoughts?

where is the wash room?

Wash room for what? I don't plan on doing laundry out there. There will be a washer and dryer in the house when that is built.

Oh, I don't usually wash cars in a room. And probably won't wash them inside either.
