New front brakes and now a squeaking noise up front

Well my brakes were bad so i replaced my front ones today (backs are still fine). They were squeaking awful before i replaced them and not they are fine and quite, brake excellent as well. But i can still hear a slight squeak coming from the front end, but it goes away when I turn one way or the other. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?
 


ok i will double check that tomorrow. the car never made any noise until my brakes got worn down. so thats why i was thinking if it is still squeaking it would have to be something to do with the brakes.
