• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

New Build

theres no difference between a SBC and a 3800. both are GM pushrod motors. its as simple as it gets.

Kudos to you Korey! I wish i had the cash for a huge build up. I still want mine to be a DD for the time being though.

If I where going to build a real fast m90 it would be gen v,IS3,Full size inter cooler,e-85,meth,roller rockers.

Heads, DIY them...or buy Selliot's...he has a set of stage 4 IR heads for sale sitting around 1500 IIRC...if I had the money for those and not invested into the L67's I got right now

These but not selliots, take your heads around if you have money and time and get a shop to do them for half the money of vendor heads you can get heads that would perform just aswell as any vendor head. And while you are at it get a cam spec'd out for your heads aswell unless you are set on running a vendor cam.

hmmm...ill have to check around. we got a machine shop in town that does that kinda stuff but im not sure on the price and such. have to give them a call sometime.

It shouldn't be to hard to find a shop, they are everywhere and can make you a dirty set of heads that will perform like magic.

a shop will make a better set of heads than a vendor could for less than half. $800 at a motor builder will go VERY far.

thats so true^^^or do what i once did, bring in a good lunch for all and let them tell/teach u what to do and not do.
