New 05 Grand Prix

Ok so I found a diamond in the rough and picked up an 05 Grand Prix Base with 19k on it from a grandma where it was literally driven to church and back and maybe the store lol. So now im looking to start making some changes. Any ideas or suggestions on where to start? I was thinking exhaust or intake but I may do a top swap eventually. Also if I do a top swap or anything at all can I use the stock PCM and have my buddy flash over a GTP tune for the S/C or if I dont do a top swap is it worth while to play around with the stock tune since it is generic and not car specific? Idk any thoughts would be great.

welcome. just read the "MODDING YOUR CAR THREAD" in the general tech section, that will help you.

i think you can use your pcm, but you need it tuned for the top swap if you do it.
 
Yea I have a buddy with an HP Tuner and I know he can tune 05 Grand Prix so I would get a GTP tune to start with and then go from there but should I try and mess around with the tune at all now or just leave it until I start doing some other mods?

Also I have been looking around the forums quite a bit and I cannot find anything about adding dual exhaust. I know most of you have GT/GTP/GXP and they came stock with dual exhaust but I have the base and its single exit and I really want to switch it
