Back when our parents were kids neighbors were, well neighbors they talked, they knew each other, now they just stay in there house and wait till your gone to seek there anger out on you for there chitty lives.


honestly, im nice to all my neighbors, wave, say hi, work on there junk cars.

this neighbor i have has a freaking big ass pine tree in the city that hangs over my driveway and saps all over our cars.

so i park the z on the lawn sometimes, and every freaking time this asshole calls the cops on me and i get a ticket, now the ticket is only 35 dollars, but im ready to ring all of these neighbors ass's.

plenty of them park on there lawns and do illegal ****, what can i do about this just short of igniting there lawns and cars on fire. :th_king-evil:
 


Ask them if they would split the bill on cutting the damn thing down or at least trimming it. Tell them what the problem is. Any part of it that is in your yard you can do whatever you damn well please with.

My Neighbor's got some kind of willow that drops all sorts of crap on my yard too, balls, and red things that carpets my yard in the fall. The Tree SUCKS! The balls are full of sap and get all over you when you mow. He said i can cut down anything from it on my side of the property line. I'd like to cut the whole tree down personally. I know your pain man!

he wont cut it down though, thats the issue.

and even if its not hanging over my driveway its so close that when the wind hits it, the sap just flys to my cars.
 
Have you talked to him about it ? I have a lame neighbor too his fence has been broke since May and i finally just rebuilt the section myself. He came over and tried to pound some nails but i mainly did the work myself. It needed 2 6foot cedar slats after rebuilding it with scrap lumber i had from tearing out a wall in my basement. I told him what to get and its been a whole month. Finally my parents came up this weekend and i bought them and they hauled them for me. Wow a whole 4 dollars more i spent on his fence. Still haven't heard a peep out of him about fixing it Sunday. He did tell me a month ago he'd get me a pizza or something. I'm not holding my breath.

Dead beat neighbors suck. This is know from exp.

I was wondering that too, that you get a ticket for parking on your own lawn. I park my Chevy in front of my house on the 'grass' or lack there of every day, yes every day even though I have a long driveway, but I park it own my front yard because of trees in the driveway. How is that grounds for a ticket I'm wondering, I mean its your own private property. Maybe the neighbor should get a ticket for 'property damage' to your cars sap is no joke !
 


parking on the lawn is probly a city ordinance like it is here but they dont seem to mind that as much here as they do all my sitting licensed cars that dont move that they complain about when they can do nothing about
 
you can't LEGALLY park on the side of the road for more than two hours without a visitors permit from the city here.

No one actually calls the city about it on my street.

But at some of my friends places there are certain houses i can't park in front of...

But its a city by-law.

Cops can't give you a ticket for it.

Town also has a noise law that is in effect 24/7.

Again, no one calls.

Cops can't do anything about it.

Gotta get by-law guys to come by.

Call the city! If the neighbor won't maintain the tree, they can take it down and the neighbors expense. They do that here with trimming trees near power lines/ etc.

what he said. either that or u can even take them to court over that. and i doubt ur neighbour would want to hassle with that.
 
get a really ugly cheap carport and put it together one day when your neighbors outside then when he ask what your doing explain it to him and then maybe he will be like oh I don't want to look at a ugly carport lets cut that down.

Fack neighbors I got a old navy guy on one side and on the other side a ex CIA' these to will be the death of me they give me **** about my lawn sometimes cause I don't pay people to come and fertilize or cut it. I hate em but I would move next to the biggest two a holes on the block
 
I got a guy next door to my girlfriends who washes his van in the front yard every weekend I am over there, kind of redneck if you ask me.:th_winking:
 
I never knew you couldn't park your car on YOUR lawn. Like seriously wtf? But if you really want to get him try and put a bird feeder on that fence. Get birds to **** all over his car. Or put bird seed at night all over it. Let him clean white **** up off his car.
