One of the guys over on LS1tech.com cut the hood of his GXP and added a '77 Trans Am shaker scoop. I'm thinking that I might try the same thing, and want to know what you all think about how it looks. Here's a pic.......

i like it!! i dont like the flat black hood though... but if it was painted, and added a little black splitter to the bottom of the bumper, that car would be perfect in my book

I actually like it, it looks pretty bad ass. Should be tried on a newer trans am though
