trying to help my coworker find rims for his 2000 gtp. he wants the same bullitt wheels and tires like mine. btw i have 18x9 on 255/45 tires. i borrow my father's car and swap my wheels on to show him how it would look. he likes it, but i don't like how the back tires stick out too much if looking behind the bumper. on the gp the rear bumper is slant down ward where as the monte carlo is kinda line up even with the wheel well. tell me what you think?

what offset do those 18x9s have? i have some 17x9 cobras going on with a +24mm offset, so they are going to stick out similar to those.

i think they look good.
 


there's going to stick out some man becasue of the width..Offset also, but the width makes it even more..

To me, its looks damn good. I dont see a problem with it.
If your asking what you can do about it. Nothing really except get narrower rims.

this guy is a cheap bastard he said he will never lower his car. they are +34mm offset. he refer the deep dish over the narrower wheel. i guess the more i look at the pic it doesn't look that bad. i was used to wheel when it's on the monte carlo i guess that's why i didn't think they look good at first. thank you guys!
 
I think that wheels are very nice wheels...However they don't do anything for me seeing them on that GP. Not a fan of how they do stick out a tad and like you said its because of the bumpers slanting inwards. Maybe if the car was lowered it would help..IDK but it looks just ok to me not great. I must be feeling off from all these finals:th_laugh-lol3:

And maybe thats what it is too...I am used to seeing your wheels on your Monte...
 


nice wheels. looks good with that fat lip on them, and they look good as far as offset goes. maybe lowering will make the lips of the fenders and the qtrs. not appear to be inside of the tires. good color combo too!
 
i agree with you on lowering the car. we took it for a test drive and the gp actually handle very well. the 255/45 tires ride smooth.
 


Personally, they look odd to me. I don't know if it is the size or how far they stick out but they don't do it for me.
