Need some ideas. IC + 3.3 = KR

Ok I need some ideas on why I might be having KR. I get 2 Kr from 5200 RPM up in second gear. I have 10 lbs max of boost, 11.7 AFR with wideband and trying for 19 degrees timing, drops to 17 with Kr.
Mods are
65 lb injectors
255 walbro
1.9 modded rockers
zzp Headers
zzp Fullsize intercooler
Wideband
Monte carlo dual exhaust
72mm tb
Ported supercharger

As far as I can tell I have no valve float. Maf airflow is around 285g/sec which is around what it should be making.
From what Ive been reading on here and other forums I should have no problem running a 3.0 pulley.

I run 20-21 Degrees timing on a High compression block with a 11.9 Afr on a 3.25 pulley, with a SSIC and headers. You got something going on. Post a scan or email me one to [email protected]

Whats third gear KR look like?

Scan is from a little while ago. A little richer than that scan but you get the idea. I dont think its false kr went down when I went from 11.9 to 11.7.

Plugs are al104s at .055 gap, 3000 miles on them. Less than 25,000 on the coils and wires. Oxygen sensor less than 20,000 acdelco. New fuel filter.

Not sure what third gear kr looks like I dont usually go that fast.

The trans dipstick is close to the rear header .25inches away but wouldn't that also cause knock during the 1-2 shift?

Rear 02 is way down the pipe. I forgot about the sway bar but the downpipe is like 1/2 inch from the swaybar. With the front poly dog bone mounts I dont think the engine moves that far.

ok nvm i didnt notice u had zzp headers lol :p sorry

and with poly dogbone bushings when u get on the gas u will be surprised how much it still kinda moves. id still flip the sway bar to be safe

I have the same problem, no matter how much fuel I add and how much timing I take off at 5200+, I still get KR in 2nd.

You should really have some better springs under those 1.9 rockers, you won't be able to tell valve float until u see it on the chart of a loaded dyno. I'd keep the shift points stock if still on stock springs.

I can't see the scans right now, ill look later.

Are you running a stock box intake filter setup?

No, 9 inch K&N, HAI

I thought that too. Dynoed (mustang dyno) 7000 miles ago and it pulled strong all the way to 5900 rpm.

On a sidenote mufflers rusted through, looks like its time for an upgrade.
