Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

ok i have my 03 gtp 40k . cai.zzp 2.5dp w cat.180 stat. auto lite 605 gapped at .050. intense pcm with 3 deg more timing and raised shift point to 6 k fan tuned for 180 tstst.s&S plog. i have a 3.4 pulley that i put on saturday.car was making 0 kr with the stock pulley and plugs with the 195 tstat.know it making 4 degs kr with the colder plugs the colder thermostat and the 3.4. .. should i go to a 3.5 pulley? i do not want to do rockers or cam or ic at this time but i want the car to run and run good with out hurting anything. will the 3.5 get rid of 4 degs of kr .i was thinking my tune was hurting me to because of the added timing. my other ? is any one no a good tuner for these car up in the new england area. or who in the best tuner to buy a pre tuned ecm off of. thank also only run 93 oct in it

drop down to autolite 104's gapped at 55, that is another heat range colder and can help. rockers would help the car breathe better so i would say get those, unless you wanna cam. best bet would be to run the stock pulley for now until you decide what you wanna do rather than risk hurting the motor. a dyno tune would help you out the greatest

you dropped to a smaller pulley and added more timing. i run 104s on my car and i have a 3.4 she runs nice and smooth.
you still should look into getting the car tuned on a dyno. that will give you the best results

the timing was there all i did was drop pulley size . most of the time u would retard the timing when addin more boost. i think im going withe the 3.5 a cam and some alky.

If your going with a cam as long as it's not a vs you could probably go alot lower than a 3.5 and with the alky maybe lower...you may want to have a tuner for that alky man. Ask brian (reptile) for more details on that because he is the only one running alky on gpf if im not mistaken.I may be using it soon also. If your going with the xp then you could go down to around a 3.2 with no alky with some headers...

Sorry for the late response here...been a hectic week for me.
What it looks like to me is 2 things....too much timing with too small of a pulley. Easiest thing to do at this point is to go back up a size on the pulley and see what happens. 4 degrees is pulling a lot of power from the engine. You can run better with a 3.5 and no KR vs a 3.4 with as little as 1-2 degrees. You don't want to do anything that causes the engine to not want to run it's full potential.

The alky basically does kill the KR, but if you don't have a way to tune it, then it's out of the question. You can kind of tune it on the fly with the progressive controller. If you're going to get one, get the good kit from Devil's Own.....piecing things together has it's own uncertainty, and their products are good quality.
