Hey whuts up fellas ! Im having an issue with my transmission. Would you mind giving me some ideas of what the problem might be?? I have a 1998 gtp with almost 160,000 miles. It was running good till last night after making a complete stop, it would ''slip'' n take off pretty slow. this morning getting ready to get to work...i put it into Drive and nothing !! So Reverse works, Drive doesnt, 1 does not work, 2 works and 3 works. I dont know any good mechanic near my area and i honestly dont trust these in my area, ive had several bad experiences. Any feedback would help...thanks !
 


Dammmit Cam, you are on a roll.

If you shifted to 3rd after second, yup.. fwd band. Otherwise, I'd check fluid level, color etc. but nothing in D/3 from a stop.. that's fwd band typically.
